This is a sample of a simple JavaScript Scrolling Menu Bar, a menu that will stay at the top of the page even when you scroll down. The menu conveniently 'floats' on the page, never leaving the viewed screen.

There are several effective methods for creating easy navigation on a website. Most people have learned to look for navigational buttons or links along the left edge of a page or across the top of a page.
